By accessing or using VegaShare, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, please do not access or use our services.

2. Description of Service

VegaShare provides temporary, anonymous file and text sharing services. Files and text notes uploaded to the platform are temporarily stored and automatically deleted based on user-defined timers or download limits.

3. Strict Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content

VegaShare maintains zero tolerance for abuse. You agree not to upload, store, or transmit any content that violates applicable local, national, or international laws, or Google Publisher Policies, including but not limited to:

• Illegal Material: Content promoting illegal activities, violence, terrorism, human trafficking, or extortion.
• CSAE: Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitative Material. Any such content will be purged immediately and reported to NCMEC and law enforcement agencies.
• Intellectual Property Theft: Copyrighted files, pirated software, trade secrets, or trademark-infringing material without authorization.
• Malicious Code: Malware, ransomware, trojans, viruses, phishing kits, keyloggers, or tools meant for unauthorized system hacking or surveillance.
• Harassment & Explicit Content: Non-consensual sexual material, gratuitous graphic violence, hate speech, or targeted personal abuse.

4. Absolute Limitation of Liability & Assumption of Risk

VegaShare is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

• Data Theft & Security Breaches: While we employ industry-standard encryption (TLS/HTTPS), you acknowledge that no automated system is 100% secure. VegaShare, its owner(s), operators, and affiliates shall NOT be held criminally or civilly liable for any data theft, cyberattacks, unauthorized third-party interception, data leaks, server compromises, or loss of information.
• User Liability: Users assume full legal responsibility for any file or text payload they upload or retrieve. You explicitly agree that VegaShare acts as a passive, neutral intermediary and holds no responsibility for user actions or uploaded content.
• Backup Warning: VegaShare is ephemeral by design and must never be used as a primary or secondary backup storage solution.

5. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VegaShare, its operators, hosting partners, and developers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

6. Automated Purging, Moderation & IP Blocking

VegaShare reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to inspect, delete, or permanently purge any uploaded content without prior notice, particularly if flagged for legal violations or security risks. We reserve the right to ban IP addresses and rate-limit access to prevent service disruption or abuse.

7. AdSense & Third-Party Advertising Disclaimers

To support free service availability, VegaShare displays third-party advertisements served by ad networks, including Google AdSense. Ad vendors may use cookies and web beacons to serve contextually relevant ads. Please review our Privacy Policy for full disclosures on cookie practices and ad choices.
