By accessing or using VegaShare (vegashare.onrender.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using the service.

1. Nature of Service

VegaShare provides a temporary, anonymous file and text sharing platform. You understand that:

Content is hosted for a maximum of 30 minutes.
We do not provide permanent storage, cloud hosting, or data backups.
Data is wiped automatically by our system and cannot be retrieved once the timer expires.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and share. You agree NOT to use VegaShare to distribute:

Illegal content or materials that violate local, state, national, or international laws.
Malware, ransomware, viruses, or any malicious code.
Copyrighted material without the explicit permission of the owner.
Content that promotes hate speech, violence, or illegal harassment.

3. Intellectual Property

We claim no ownership over the files or text you share. By using the service, you grant us the limited technical license to process, store (temporarily), and transmit that data to the recipient using your generated 4-digit code.

4. Limitation of Liability & No Warranty

"AS IS" BASIS: VegaShare is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. In no event shall the VegaShare team be liable for any damages (including loss of data, security breaches, or profit loss) arising out of the use or inability to use the service.

5. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to block specific IP addresses or restrict access to the service if we detect abuse, automated bot activity, or violations of our Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
